I began the spirit of entrepreneurship in 2004 with Excel CPR LLC, a painting and renovation company. I worked with property management companies and several investors. I was recruited by ERA Henley Real Estate Company to work in their property management division where I conducted property inspections, coordinated with vendors for property repairs and communicated directly with owners for repairs, sales and purchases. During my 16 years with the company we grew from 89 properties to as many as 357. As an accomplished Project Manager, I have over 200 renovations under my belt these include properties for investors (rentals and flips) and my personnel investments.

I started my career as a Realtor© in 2007 at ERA Henley Real Estate. I started attending many Real Estate classes and seminars to improve my skills in negations, communication, problem solving, knowledge of the market, the ability to adapt the ever changing market & available technology. I have received several awards for listing, customer service & closed transactions. I relocated in 2019 to the River Valley area of Fort Smith, AR and obtained my Principle Brokers License and opened Diamond Real Estate and Property Management. We currently manage over a 100 properties and growing every day.

My passion is working with investors, veterans & first time home buyers.

Misty Reynolds serves on the property management team for Diamond Real Estate and Property Management.  She currently manages 120+ units across multiple owners.  

Misty believes successful property management includes honest and transparent communication, strong customer service skills, a sense of urgency with turnover, transitions, and maintenance, dependable follow-up skills, and the ability to be flexible but firm when working with tenant and owner needs.  Her experience includes negotiating and managing contractors and vendors.

Prior to this role, Misty worked in healthcare for 12 years, most recently as a director responsible for the oversight of more than 200 associates remotely across multiple states.  Her background in leading and managing large teams in her prior role lends her the expertise to manage people, solve problems, respond quickly, and communicate well.  Her ability to juggle multiple tasks, be highly organized, remain apprised of local laws and regulations, interviewing, and selecting applicants comes from years of experience while her high attention to detail and responsiveness.  

She has consistently demonstrated a keen ability to address challenges head-on, find innovative solutions, and foster positive relationships with tenants, owners, and stakeholders.

Misty was born and raised in the River Valley and is immersed in the local community.  She resides in the Greenwood area with her husband and daughter.
